Kfar Etzion Guest House is located in Kibbutz Kfar Etzion, set in the heart of Gush Etzion.

The guesthouse is surrounded by open lawns and overlooks the breathtaking view of the Hebron hills. Our guests enjoy the quiet and tranquility that characterize the kibbutz.

The guesthouse contains accommodation rooms and a convention center, perfect for hosting Family gatherings such as Shabbat Bar/Bat Mitzva, Shabbat Chatan, birthdays and other events. The Guest House also hostes Shabbatot for youth groups.

During the holidays, the Guest House offers a suitable rich menu, in addition to the local synagogue of Kibbutz Kfar Etzion and several different dining rooms, in different sizes.

The building contains 65 rooms offering a combination of maximum suitability for your needs.

The rooms are divided into four types.

 

B & B vacation rentals - (20 total) - high standard guest rooms, privately located outside the main building of the Guest House are luxurious B&B rental units. Suitable for couples with one or two small children, each unit has an enclosed bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and the Foyer has a sofa bed and a TV with satellite. There is an electric stove, a kettle and a refrigerator in the kitchenette and the bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath.

Accommodation units - (7 units, a total of 14 rooms) – Each unit is uniting two rooms with a lobby in the middle. The rooms suitable for families up to 6 persons. The units are external to the main building and Land-related. Room reservations are subject to an even number of rooms, as each two rooms has a common lobby. In the lobby there is a mini fridge, a sink, a table with two chairs and a double seat sofa bed for the benefit of the guests. Each room has an en suite bathroom and shower.

The central wing – (15 rooms) - Hostel rooms are slightly more spacious and renovated, suitable for up to 6 people. Rooms include bunk beds, en suite bathroom and shower.

Amenities

Synagogue – Kfar Etzion Guest House offers a synagogue with room for 100 people and also serves as a lecture room.

Classes – 13 classrooms and event halls, all equipped and spacious including a synagogue and conference halls for up to 400 people

Dining Hall – Large and spacious dining room seats about five hundred people comfortably and suitable for events such as circumcision, Bar/Bat mitzvah, etc. The dining hall offers a variety of high quality meals and menus of your choice at affordable prices without compromise.

Meals served in the dining hall are under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate and products at the Mehadrin level, Shmita - Heter Mechirah, in the summer - fruits of Otzar Beit Din.

Personal attention and maximum flexibility for dietary restrictions and special requests.

Bedouin Encampment – A luxurious Bedouin encampment including heating (in the winter), toilets and showers suitable for up to 250 people.

Events in a Bedouin encampment (up to 500 people): weddings, Bar/Bat mitzvahs, fun days for employees, graduation ceremonies and more.

 

Additional options for educational and ethical tourism activities:

Tours - short tours that also suitable for Shabbat tours (within in the borders of Tchum Shabbat). Tours throughout the Judean plain, the Judean Hills, Gush Etzion, Jerusalem and the Judean Desert, guided by instructors from the Kfar Etzion Field School, 'Open to the public' tours on Fridays throughout the year and during the week for vacations.

Museums - the Audio Visual presentation of the history of settlement and war in Gush Etzion in the modern era, the Museum of the History of Kfar Etzion, the "Man in the Mountain" museum of the history of ancient agriculture in Mount Hebron.

Shir Ha'Shirim – A nature reserve in the middle of Kibbutz Kfar Etzion ground that preserves the fauna and flora that is characteristic of the region.

Vacation packages – Vacation packages for organized groups in the Judean Hills, Judean Plains, Gush Etzion, Judean Desert and Jerusalem.

Information station – Information regarding hikes and trails in Judea and Jerusalem.

Hiking routes 5-15 minutes from a field school: Herodion, Hariton Cave, Gush Etzion springs, aqueducts, Derech Ha'avot and more, where you can hike during the week or on Fridays.

 

Directions:

From Jerusalem - turn south at the tunnel intersection (in the Gilo neighborhood) drive to the Gush Etzion junction, turn right and arrive at Kfar Etzion

From the direction of Beit Shemesh - turn east at the Hala intersection, drive to the junction of Etziona and turn right (south) to Kfar Etzion

Public Transportation – The bus lines that reach the kibbutz from Jerusalem are: 361, 362, 364, 371, 373.

Meals served in the dining room by the kosher Rabbinate of Jerusalem and products at the Mehadrin level, Shemitah - Heter Mechirah, in the summer - fruits of the Beit Din treasury.
